Are you paying your taxes on an installment plan?  Where are you seeing that you "still owe the same?"  TurboTax does not know if you paid your tax due,, so if you are looking on your TT account and see an amount due, that is just the amount shown as a result of the tax return you prepared using the software.  That will never change on the TT account.
