Why irs still hasn't processed my taxes & why I keep getting down for maintenance when going to my account on the irs website?

You should clear cache and cookies on your web browser if you keep seeing Down for Maintenance on the IRS federal tax refund status website - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Just checked for a tax refund and the IRS website indicates Refund Approved and Sent.  No issues with website.

Using the IRS website for the status of a federal tax refund you Must enter the exact Social Security number, the Filing Status and the whole dollar amount of the federal refund as reported on the filed 2022 tax return Form 1040 on Line 35a for the refund.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
