Why haven't I recived my ct state tax return and yet it's been processed a while now and I've already recived my federal

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

You can get the most up-to-date information through the official CT DRS myconneCT portal.  Use the Where's My Refund? tool on the myconneCT welcome page. You will need your Social Security number and the exact whole-dollar amount of your refund.  You can also call the automated system at 860-297-5962 (anywhere) or 800-382-9463 (within CT).
