Why haven’t I received tax yet ? Are there any ways to have my 2023 amended return e filed without a desktop? I’ve purchased the bundle for 2023…

I have the licenses for turbo tax online 2023 bundle but no ability to e file amended or fix simple reject

A 2023 tax return or amended tax return cannot be e-filed using TurboTax, they can only be printed and mailed.

Thank you for reply , also it let me e file my 2023 amended return , but it was simply rejected because of error with ip pin, but I can only fix with mail?

@igod94_ If it was rejected because you did not enter an IP PIN and you do not have the 6 digit IP PIN, then you will have to print and mail the amended tax return.

I do have the ip pin could an expert technically correct error for me ? I could mail it but if it can be fixed @DoninGA  that would be preferable

@igod94_ You should be able to enter the IP PIN on the amended return.

To enter, edit or delete a 6 digit IP PIN

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button
