edbro228 asked: "why are you guys trying to charge me $170 when I signed up for the $49 tax option?"
This is mainly a user community forum, so we are mostly fellow users--not a direct route to TurboTax Support. The following likely explains your fee:
You appear to be using and paying extra for the Live Deluxe product, which includes on-demand access to a tax expert CPA/EA for assistance during return preparation and a review of your return prior to filing. That's a more expensive product than regular Online Deluxe. In that Live Deluxe product, the fee for a Federal return is $119, and a state return (if applicable) is $54. And there is an additional service fee of 39.99 if you chose to pay the product fees out of the Federal refund ($44.99 for California residents.)

You asked: "Why haven't I received my taxes yet?"
Here's how to check on your tax refund:
If you efiled, double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.
If that showed it was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to monitor the status of your Federal refund.
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
What is displayed there?
Be aware that the IRS "Where's My Refund" system is not available every Monday from 12:00 am (Midnight) to 3:00 am Eastern Time (or longer). Since this is a Monday morning, wait and try again during the day.
Here are some tips when using the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool:
You can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline. I've seen it work for some users when the WMR tool didn't. 800-829-1954
FAQ: How do I track my state refund?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/refund-status/help/how-do-i-track-my-state-refund/00/25571
That was an EXTRA $49 fee for the refund processing service ON TOP OF the TT fees + state taxes.
If you choose to pay your fees from your federal refund, then TurboTax will show that the fees are "paid" ----but they are not really paid until the IRS issues your refund and the third party bank extracts the fee and sends you the rest.
In the event that there is a too-long delay in processing by the IRS, you agreed to allow the fees to be taken out of your account even before the refund is issued.
You signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
