TurboTax receives no information about refunds. Contact your state agency.
Verifying your identity with the IRS has nothing to do with the time it is taking your state to process your tax return. Only your federal refund was affected by the identity verification request.
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
STATE RETURN
Make sure your state return was accepted: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
To track your state refund:

If you e-filed with TurboTax, you should receive email updates from TurboTax when your returns are submitted and when they are accepted by the IRS or state tax agency, or if they were rejected.
If you received notice from TurboTax that your state return was accepted for processing, then it is up to the state tax agency to process the return and issue a refund if you are eligible.
See this TurboTax help article that has links to contact information for all of the state tax agencies. Many of them have a "where's my refund" webpage similar to what IRS has.
