Why haven't I received my Federal refund. The status on the Federal where my refund status has not moved from file accepted. how to know if something wen wrong ?

This is normal, and means the IRS needs more time to process.

Even if it has been 21 days? The IRS website still says return accepted and I did get my state return already?
