Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
This did not help i got an email saying i was pre approved and then the next email i received was my taxes were accepted nothing else has been sent. So I’m asking on your side where is the disconnect? No information has been changed on my end
