Why has my state return for Washington State taxes not been refunded yet?

When I looked up on your site, it said Washington State does not give tax returns.But you guys had me file for Washington.State tax returns this year and it says I gotta return.I have not received said return

Are you referring to the Washington State Working Families Tax Credit for which TurboTax has been submitting applications starting this product year?

If it IS the Working Families Tax Credit, their website at Washington DOR says it can take "up to 90 days."  For more information on that tax credit and a list of FAQs about that type of refund, including contact info, if needed:

If that's not what you're referring to, then you'll need to explain more, and hopefully someone familiar with Washington State will be able to comment.

It can take up to 90 days for the state to issue your refund for the Washington Working Families Tax Credit. You can click here to check the status of your refund.
