. Why don't I see our income from our 1099Rs shown on the state tax return?
Shouldn't this software transfer the income we entered on our 1099Rs to our state tax return?

What state are you asking about?
Many states start with Federal taxable income which includes the 1099R income already.

Ohio and Minnesota. I don't see where our 1099R income from our Federal return was transferred to our state return for either state. I was transferred from your support team, who couldn't figure out the problem, to a CPA person, but spent an hour on hold waiting for the CPA department to answer. I finally gave up and hung up. HELP!

Both the Ohio 1040 and the MN M1 start with the Federal Adjusted Gross Income so it is already included on the state return.
When you enter the 1099R in the Federal section it was ask you about the state following the 1099R entry. Then when you go through the state returns many have exemptions for some retirements and the TurboTax program will ask you the questions.

Thank you for your help. I did see where the Federal Adjusted Gross income was entered on our state returns. I'm having an tax accountant review our federal and state returns to be sure it is correct. I really appreciate your time in responding to my question.
