Did you file in the first place? Did you change the return after you filed but before you started the 1040X?
I'm having this same issue. The 1040X columns are not populating. Did anyone get this resolved? Seems like a software error.

We have not heard of this issue this season.
Did you file an original 2019 return already?
Are you in the same account?
Can you see the original 1040 in "Your tax returns and documents" located on the Home page of your account?
