Why does the "where's my refund" say there is no information on my refund? It has said this for a week

At first, it said accepted but now it says no information avaliable

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.  

Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing of when the IRS releases your refund. You would need to either wait to receive communication from the IRS or contact them directly.

The IRS states that most federal tax refunds are issued within 21 days of acceptance, however, some may take longer if they require additional review.
