Why does the app not say the refund has been successfully sent? I received it in February.

The "app" never knows if you received your refund. TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return and the IRS accepts it for processing. TT does not ever update to show that you received a refund or to show that you paid tax due. TT only shows the result of the return you prepared using the software, and shows whether your e-file was accepted or rejected.
