Why does my efile tax documents have refund advance signed but its not available

Where are you seeing it on your documents? Are you saying the refund advance was not made available to you when filing ?

Where is it that you are showing that the refund advance is not available?

So I am getting an advance ? Because I still have no money and my returns are both accepted by irs so how long before I can access my advance im confused because I don't see on kredit karma that I'm getting an advance although I signed all the legal documents to do so when I efiled is there any way I can find out what's going on
