Why didnt i get all my tax credit

I only got my child credit but not my head of house hold credit

You do not get a HOH "credit" you get a standard deduction of $18,000 if your filing status is HOH. Look on line 8 of your Form 1040 to see if you filed as HOH. It will also show Head of Household as your filing status on the top line of the first page of your Form 1040.
