Why did turbo tax print a duplicate 1040 after my Ohio state and school district tax returns? Does it need to be sent with one of those returns?

I e-filled my Federal return. Just don't know what to do with the extra 1040 form..

You do not need to send the federal 1040 with your state and school district returns. This is a TT glitch.
