Why did turbo tax not let me receive my state taxes last year and this year I need that money?

Then why did I pay for deluxe protection,  I think I if this is how turbo tax helps there deluxe customers I will not be using turbo tax any longer , and this state is not even taking phone calls for taxes

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return. Each state handles its own refunds. As LindseyLO stated above, you will need to contact your state's Department of Revenue with any questions that you have about your state return.
