If you chose to pay your fees from your federal refund, then TurboTax considers the fees to be paid---although they have not really received the fees yet. They know they will get paid so it shows as paid. Your refund will be issued to the third party bank that handles the refund processing. That bank will take out your fees for TurboTax and send you the rest.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

suggest going back and read the disclosure...... (I can't find it at the moment myself). but I think that if the refund is not issued by the IRS by the 26th day after the tax return is accepted, TT will charge your bank account for the processing fees (but then they WON'T later charge you the fee that permits them to take the fee out of your refund.)
when you state 'turbo tax get pd'....I am assuming you mean your bank account has been charged for the tax return fees, but you have not received your refund yet.
