Why did I only receive a printout of page 1 o my Federal form 1040?

Why am I not seeing the second page of form 1040 when I go to print even though I am specifying print on both sides of paper?

Pages 1 and 2 print on the same side of a single sheet of paper. Page 1 is at the top; the signature section is in the middle; and page 2 is at the bottom.

The new 1040 is 2 half pages but now print on 1 sheet with the Signature line in the Middle.
