Why did I not receive my refund advance? I spoke with an expert on the phone and they are unable to help. It is not just me having this issue.

The expert said the system does not show I applied for one. I have a copy of my tax documents that says I did apply on the first page, I agreed to consent for the refund advance. I never received an email denial or approval, it's as if it never sent it through the system. We get this advance every year, but this year it appears this new company may be causing a glitch for many of us. Credit Karma said to contact TurboTax, but Turbo Tax can not help.

Received an email update that the issue is fixed- but for those of us that have already filed it looks like there is no getting around the problem. The fix details are for people that haven't filed yet.
