Why can't I track my refund? My turbo tax email says IRS accepted my refund!

So my email from TurboTax says IRS accepted my return and it's strange I tried different numbers and I can't track it? Strangly my sister got hers before me but I filed before her

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

Is there anyway for me to see my 1040 online? 

I tried the number shown on turbo tax as you said (not combined) and still says nothing

If you e-filed the 2021 tax return using the TurboTax online editions then just sign onto your online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Click on Preview or print return

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

I found it and I am enetering everything correctly and still says nothing on the IRS site. It tells me "We cannot provide any information about your refund" but I filed on the 24th of February and am entering all info correctly

I think it may be because I had a credit due to not getting the correct stimulus amount on the 3rd stimulus. I read that it may take up to 120 days for IRS to process taxes if you have any credits
