Why can't I track my refund even though it says it was expected?

I filed over a week ago. It says it was accepted. I got a text from the IRS saying it was accepted but when I try to track it, it says to wait 24 hours?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.

If you try to check too many times in a short period of time you will be locked out of the tool for 24 hours.
