Why can’t I find the option to download/print pdf for my 2023 tax returns??

You have to pay the TurboTax account fees before you can print/download your complete tax return.

To pay the TurboTax online account fees by credit card, without completing the 2023 return at this time, click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. On the next page, to pay by credit card, click Pay Now. The next screen will show a review of your Fees, click on View payment options. Complete the credit card section and click on Review your order.

However, you can view your Form 1040 plus Schedules 1, 2 and 3 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

The printing instructions vary for desktop and online. 

For desktop: switch to Forms Mode and select print.

For online, you will have the option when filing your return or you can print at any time like this: 

1. On the left side, click on Tax Tools
2. Click Print center
3. Click Print, save or preview this year's return
4. If you have not paid, click pay now.
