Why can't I efile today with bill being taken out of my refund?

There are several situations where you won't be able to use the Refund Processing Service, including:

You're filing a paper return.
You don't have a federal refund.
Your federal refund isn't enough to cover the fees.
You're filing with a foreign address.
Form 8888 is in your return.
You already used the service when you initially e-filed your federal return.
