Why are you shorting my refund and why are you using a third party processing company to deposit sensitive information like TPG instead of the federal government???? I'm $1,300 short

I just got a deposit of roughly $200 dollars for some TPG company, that is $1,300 less then what I was told by your company. There is no  $1,300 fee I miss you can be sure of that so what are you doing withholding my money from me. I demand a response and that this be fixed ASAP.
