If you filed a joint return the refund is issued in both of your names. There is no "his" and "hers" unless the two of you cannot share well. If you want to nit pick it you can compare who earned how much, how much tax was withheld from your paychecks, etc. and do some fancy math.
You don't. Usually you just figure 1/2. Or there are many ways you can allocate it. Like by percentage of income. Or why are you asking? Is it for the AGI?
There is only one AGI on a Joint return. You enter the same AGI for each of you.
