Why am I not able to view the list of dependent care providers added to the return?

You can revisit the section needed to make changes by using the topic search feature in TurboTax Online. On the left-hand side go to Tax Tools>Tools >Topic Search or Topic List. Then type the section or form that you need to update in the search box and click Go.

This doesnt help. The list from the previous year is carried over and I am not able to delete care providers not valid anymore. How do i go to the list of care providers?

You might need to remove the entire form, and manually enter any current caregiver.

I am also running into this problem, but on the Mac download version of TurboTax. My 2441 form shows only the FSA amount from line 10 of my W2, but I haven't found a way to input my actual child care expense or the provider.

I tried deleting the amount on line 10 of my W2 and then deleting form 2441, then reentering the correct information on line 10, but that just regenerated form 2441 without any of my expense included. Somehow I need to find a way to trigger TurboTax to re-ask me about my child care expenses.

(Also, when I run the "Child and Dependent Care Credit" section, it just says I don't qualify because of my income. It never asks what my expense were.)

OK, I solved my problem. It was because I didn't qualify because I hadn't entered my wife's income yet. After I entered her income, I was able to add the child care expenses in the Easy Guide and it correctly shows up on my 2441.

You will need to be sure you have completed the personal information at the beginning of the return, to qualify the dependent as eligible for the credit. Then, enter all of the income (for both spouses if married filing jointly). 
When you return to the Dependent Care section, you should see a dropdown box to select the dependent. Then you should see prompts to enter expenses.
