You are posting from online Deluxe--which costs $39.  The cost of Deluxe has nothing to do with "fast cash."

Thanks for the reply. It is actually the third party company that is used(Santa Barbara-TPG) for refunds that is charging this advance fee. I will get with them, thanks again.

If you chose to have TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, you agreed to a $39 "refund processing fee" on top of the $39 fee for using Deluxe.
