Why am I being asked for winnings won date? I haven't won anything.

If you're trying to deduct gambling loss, you must have winnings also of at least that amount.

If you have not won anything, TurboTax is asking you for winnings won date if you accidentally entered that you had gambling winnings.  Go back through your entries and to see if you entered any winnings, if you did you will need to delete it. To get back trough your entries, go to W-2G under Income in the Federal section.  To delete a form if needed:
