Who else is having issues with the refund advance? I qualified for 750$, was accepted on the 27th of January but today February 9th have still received nothing.

Is anyone else having this issue? When I called they told me it just said its pending, and has been pending.. For weeks and no one can tell me when it will go through. Or whats happening
