Who can I contact to find out why my refund hasn't been jssued? I've been waiting almost 7 weeks.

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Or does your account say Printed or Ready to Mail when you log In?
