While doing my 2016 return, Turbo tax shows a comparison between last years (2015) and this years income (W-2). Should I be concerned that 2015 listed is wrong even tough its correct on my submitted tax return?

Do not be concerned with the comparison just as long as the correct taxable wages and taxes paid from your 2015 W-2 matches what is on your 2015 income tax return.  The comparison is just for your use and is not included on your 2016 tax return.
