I used the Fed Premium 2025 + CA state + Turbotax MAX Benefits.

There is no fee for e-filing a federal or state amended tax return.

You are using the highest TurboTax online personal edition of Premium so there cannot be a further charge for amending a tax return.

Amending is free unless you have to upgrade to a higher version.   But Premium is the highest Online version.   

You should not amend until the first return has fully processed and you get the first refund or your tax due payment has cleared.  But first be sure to save a copy of your original return since the amended return will overwrite it.

There should be an Amend button on your account or you can find Amend under
