If you did not e-file the 2022 tax return, then you have to print, sign, date and mail the federal tax return to the IRS and if you also have a state return it has to printed, signed, dated and mail to your state.
You should have Filing/Mailing Instructions printed with the tax return. They have the address on where to mail the tax returns, federal to the IRS and state to your state, separate addresses.
For the federal return go to this IRS website for the address to mail, by state, with and without a payment - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
Include with the mailed tax return any forms W-2 or 1099 which have taxes withheld on the form.
For the state return, go to your state tax website for the mailing address.

For state you need to go to the State's website and see. The Filing instructions cover sheet that print out should say where to mail the returns.
Here's a link to all the state's websites, some like California will have the mailing address on the main page

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
