Where's my refund states my refund was deposited 3/10 but my bank says they have not received it. My direct deposit info is correct bc I received my state return.

Ppl here tell you to call the IRS but it gives the same info as check refund status on IRS website. Not sure how to get it to talk to a human because the robot hangs up if you hit zero too many times

Did you ask to have TT fees deducted from your refund?  That can add extra time, but certainly not this much. You will have to contact the IRS and ask them to do a Refund Trace.
