Where's My Refund is saying Status not available. It has been more than 21 days, filed and accepted 2/9/2026. Is the IRS late for 2026? Is it more than 21 days for EITC?

EIC returns are being processed late but you should get your refund wonton the next 2 weeks.

How is your message worded?  i.e., what is the exact message you see at the IRS refund tool when you use that tool?
