Your employer provides your W-2 and has until January 31, 2023 to get them to you.

If you've imported your W-2's to your 2022 tax return you can see them posted at:

Federal
Wages & Income
Select Wages and Salaries, or Revisit
You will see a list of the W-2's that you imported.
