Where is the Turbotax option to amend a NJ state return?

Tax page home does not list prior documents. Expanding only allows me to download a copy after providing a reason. Found a amend Federal return not state.

It is wayyyy to early to amend a 2021 return so what tax year are you referring to ?   And did you use the online or downloaded version for that tax year ?

I am not trying to amend a 2021 return, I am trying to amend a 2020 NJ return where a I paid too much in state tax.  So the question remains, how do I get to the Amend NJ tax return screen in Turbo tax?  The on-line help instructions do not work because the only thing I can do with documents is download them to adobe or I can amend my Federal return.

To amend a state you must first start the fed amendment process even if you have nothing to change on the fed return...
