Where is my tax return it has been more than 21 days and 6 weeks

we had some trouble filing and I talked to someone about why there were several attempts in my name. she said it would be 4-6 weeks but I still haven't receive it

You can follow these steps to contact the IRS about your return:  Call the IRS at this number: 800-829-0582 (IRS phone support) Press 1 for English, then enter extension 652.  

If you suspect your refund is being held, or are concerned about the status of your return and it has been more than 21 days since your return was accepted,  sometimes people make progress contacting their local IRS center or a Taxpayer Advocate.
