You can not use online TurboTax for a 2019 return. Online preparation and e-filing for 2019 closed permanently in October 2020. The only way to use TT software for a 2019 return is to download the desktop software to a full PC or Mac, prepare it and mail it in. You have to use a computer that meets the system requirements for the CD/download. The software cannot be used on any sort of mobile device.

I just want a refund. I have no way to use the product you gave me. I gave my information but havent received areply on the status. Yet they charged my account twice for this product. Pleace help
