Your personal stimulus check goes only on your personal return.

WHERE DOES STIMULUS CHECKS GO ON CORPORATE RETURN

The recovery rebate credit is only found on a Form 1040 for an individual tax return.   You do not enter anything about stimulus payments on a corporate tax return.
