There is no license code required when using the TurboTax online web-based editions where you have to access the 2023 tax return with a User ID and Password.

The license code is only required when using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions that are installed on your personal computer.  You never access the TurboTax online editions when you have installed the desktop software.
