Where do I find my 2021 electronic signature for filing my son's FAFSA?

My son's school needs my electronic signature for taxes 2021. I thought that it would be attached to the 1040 but it's not.

An electronically filed tax return does not have an actual signature on page 2 of the Form 1040, the school should know that.

If you are required to give them a signed Form 1040 then download a PDF of the 2021 federal tax return. Print the Form 1040, sign and date the return on page 2 of the 1040.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

Will they take this?  If you efiled, In the PDF of your TurboTax return, the last page of the federal return should be an "electronic postmark" that shows your name, Social Security number, the date and time that you e-filed the return, and the date that the IRS accepted it.
