Where do I enter interest the IRS paid in 2022 on 2020 refund received in 2022?

IRS processed 2020 refund in October 2022 and the refund included taxable interest.  I now need to include the taxable interest as income and need to know how to enter.

enter it as a 1099-INT form, on the Wages & Income page.

...enter manually as simply from the IRS or US Treasury...but the $$ belong in box 1
