Where do I add "job termination discrimination case legal fees" on the online Turbotax version? The option is not available and nothing shows up in the documentation.

Doing 2024 taxes and have job discrimination related legal fees. Those are deductible per: Attorney fees and court costs for actions involving certain unlawful discrimination claims, but only to the ex-tent of gross income from such actions (see Pub. 525). Identify as “UDC.” How do I include them on Turbotax?

You have to make a manual entry on one of the forms using the TurboTax desktop version installed on your own Mac or PC from a download. The adjustment can’t be made in TurboTax online.

The location of the adjustment is different from where it was described in that old article. Once you have installed TurboTax and are ready to make the adjustment, post back here and somebody can find the worksheet for you where the entry is made.
