Where can I find my previous years tax information, the steps listed don't work for me to access documents.

If you used TurboTax in previous years you can get a previous year tax return:

• Sign in to your TurboTax account. 
• Make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (same user ID) as in previous years.

There are two ways to get your prior-year returns:

1. Select Documents from the menu, 
2. Choose the tax year you want, and 
3. select Download tax PDF.

The second way is:

1. On Tax home, 
2. scroll down and select Your tax returns & documents. 
3. Select the year you want and select Download/print return (PDF).

Figured it out.  Solution:

Turbo Tax is an awful, deceptive, greedy company that utilizes a known bug to purposefully not allow you access previous years tax information until you begin the current years so they can attempt to screw you out of even more money.  "If we just get them to start their taxes they'll be more incentivized to finish so we can charge them more money."  Even when opening up direct links to the documents page you need to access it will redirect you to start your taxes again and again until you enter whatever useless false information you want to begin the current years tax return process.  Click continue without answering anything correctly, then click prepare myself, start your current years taxes then the menu will finally be available for you to click on to access previous years taxes.  While doing all of this, make sure you record how much of a hassle it is JUST TO ACCESS DOCUMENTS and send it to your local representatives with a complaint specifically mentioning "Turbotax" and "Intuit" and their deceptive business practices and demand free federal/state tax return options provided by the government.  The government already knows EXACTLY how much you should be paying them or they should be returning.  Intuit/Turbotax just bribe politicians to make sure they can get a chunk of what you deserve.  They bribe millions to make billions.
