Where can I find my 2019 taxes? When I log in it asks to continue where I left off. 2019 is not even an option under "Your tax returns

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Now that you mention it, I do remember I bought the desktop version from Costco.  They must be on my computer at home.   Is there a way to upload my 2019 docs to my online ID so they are always available when I log in?
