Where can I change my direct deposit info

I’ve already filed & received the money. But I still want to change my banking info, how do I got about doing so?

Once your return has been accepted, you cannot change your bank information.  If you are wanting to change your bank information for the stimulus money, the IRS will go by the information on your tax return.  If you banking information is incorrect, then you would be automatically switched to receiving a check.

In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.
