Where and how do we apply for the refund advance? I am ready to submit my taxes and could really use it. I don't see the option anywhere. Am I supposed to submit first?

Worried if I press submit it will not allow me to do it later. It's confusing that I keep seeing it advertised but doesn't seem user friendly to find.

If you were eligible to receive the refund advance it would have been offered to you in the File section of the program.  You cannot apply for the refund advance.

I checked the FAQ and didn't see anything to my knowledge that would make not unqualified to receive it so I was not sure.
