I haven't gotten my taxes back and Turbo Tax mailed me a letter stating that I owe them $90.00. I can't pay them because i still haven't received my taxes back yet.

When you signed up for Pay With Refund, you agreed to pay TT their fees if your refund was delayed. This normally occurs after 45 days.
